Welcome to SoftRevel. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders & Payment

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and at checkout. Destination-specific delivery and import-tax information is described in our Shipping Policy.
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout
• Orders are subject to availability; we reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order

Shipping & Delivery

• Available countries and delivery options are shown at checkout; refer to our Shipping Policy for the listed destination regions
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of US$79 or more after all product and order discounts
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible returns and size exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Ordinary returns must meet the condition and applicable hygiene requirements in our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges; no restocking fees apply. SoftRevel covers necessary return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and checking the return, or sooner where required by law. Statutory rights are not limited by this ordinary return window.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Email support@softrevel.com with your order number as soon as possible. Creating a shipping label does not, by itself, mean that your order has been dispatched.

Changes to items, sizes, or delivery details depend on availability and fulfilment status. We will confirm whether a requested change can be made.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped or redirected. You may use our return procedure after delivery, subject to the applicable conditions. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Product Information

• We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to monitor settings
• Product descriptions and sizing information are provided for reference; fit may vary by style
• We recommend reviewing the size chart in product images before ordering
• We reserve the right to modify product specifications, prices, and availability without notice
