These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through softrevel.com operated by SoftRevel. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time your order is placed. Your order will only be fulfilled after payment has been successfully authorized.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or where we are unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Title & Risk

Ownership of the products passes to you upon shipment. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Eligible returns and size exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. No restocking fees apply. Statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
