Your tracking number is sent via email as soon as your order is dispatched. The email title is "Your order is on the way". If you can't find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

How long does shipping take?

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• US & Canada: 8–15 business days from dispatch
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days from dispatch
• European Union: 8–14 business days from dispatch

My tracking shows no updates

It can take 2–5 business days for carrier scans to appear after your tracking number is issued. If no updates appear after 7 business days, please email us at support@softrevel.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
