How It Works

1. Email us at hello@softrevel.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorisation within 24 hours
3. Send the item back in its original condition
4. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
• With all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals attached
• In its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and hosiery can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken and items are unworn.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process (depending on your bank)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale items (40% off or more) are final sale — no returns or exchanges

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We've got you covered. Size exchanges are free.

• Same item, different size: free (we cover shipping both ways)
• Different item: pay the difference (or get refunded if cheaper)
• Subject to stock availability

Damaged or Wrong Items

Oops — if you receive something damaged, faulty, or not quite right, we'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@softrevel.com with your order number and photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no hassle.

Shipping Times for Returns

• UK: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 7-10 business days
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Final Sale

These items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more
• Personalised items
• Gift cards
